A native of the mountain west, Phil spent the much of his career leading operations teams in high-tech and biotech companies across Idaho, Virginia, Japan, and California.

After earning his MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, he sought an opportunity to apply his operational expertise to a hands-on, values-driven business. In 2020, he relocated to Bend and acquired North Cabinet Company, drawn to its reputation for craftsmanship and its potential for growth. Phil brings a strong background in program management, operations, and sales and operations planning, which he now applies to streamline processes and elevate the customer experience. He takes pride in supporting a highly skilled team and delivering exceptional results to clients across the West.

Phil is an avid mountain biker and passionate Boise State Broncos fan. He and his wife have two adult sons and an English Cream Golden Retriever named Baylor.

Originally from Grand Rapids, Minnesota, Tim has called the Pacific Northwest home for more than 35 years. A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran and licensed paramedic, Tim brings over four decades of cabinetry experience to North, including nearly 30 years as Lead Designer and Sales Manager for a prominent custom cabinet company in Tualatin, Oregon.

After relocating to Bend in 2021 and joining North, Tim has served in roles spanning sales, design, and business operations, bringing both seasoned expertise and a passion for working with skilled builders and designers.

Tim and his wife of 29 years have three sons, six grandchildren, and two beloved dogs, Oliver and Lucy. Outside of work, you’ll find him fishing, hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, or snowmobiling.

With more than two decades of experience in cabinetry and design, Beth brings deep expertise and creativity to every project. Prior to joining North Cabinet, Beth spent 24 years at Jed’s Woodworking, a Bend-based cabinet company, where she built strong relationships with local builders and designers.

When Jed’s closed its doors, Phil invited her to join North - a move that brought both legacy and leadership to the team. A Bend native who was raised across the Pacific Northwest and beyond, Beth previously worked in design showrooms in both Oklahoma and Oregon. Earlier in her career, Beth spent 13 years as a veterinary technician.

She shares her life with her daughter, an extended family of brothers, nieces, and nephews, and a horse named Scoot. In her free time, Beth enjoys reading, gardening, road trips, and game nights with friends and family.

Shawn brings precision, problem-solving, and hands-on expertise to his role as Shop Foreman and Engineer. Orginally from the Portland metro area, he relocated to Central Oregon in 2014 and has since built a respected career in cabinet manufacturing. He worked alongside Beth at Jed’s woodworking, where he was known for his technical skill and eye for detail.

Shawn lives with his wife Sara and their two dogs, Karma and Tiny Dog, and is the proud father of three adult daughters. Outside of work, you’ll find him working on his property, watching movies, gaming, or in the kitchen cooking and baking.

Originally from Los Angeles, John is a seasoned finish carpenter with a sharp eye for detail and a deep pride in his craft. With a career rooted in high-end installation, he brings precision and professionalism to every job site. His expertise recently took him to Northern California, where he trained installation teams working on high-end residential projects featuring North’s custom cabinetry.

John lives in Bend with his wife and young daughter, and spends his free time sketching and playing sports with his daughter.

Jorge grew up in Tillamook, Oregon, and has worked in cabinet installation his entire career. Known for his steady professionalism and high standards, he brings consistency and care to every project he touches.

When he’s not onsite, Jorge loves exploring the outdoors - traveling, hiking, and camping with his wife and two daughters. He’s also a dedicated Lakers fan and enjoys carving out time for sports and family.
