A native of the mountain west, Phil Romans spent the much of his career leading operations teams in high-tech and biotech companies across Idaho, Virginia, Japan, and California.

After earning his MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, he sought an opportunity to apply his operational expertise to a hands-on, values-driven business. In 2020, he relocated to Bend and acquired North Cabinet Company, drawn to its reputation for craftsmanship and its potential for growth. Phil brings a strong background in program management, operations, and sales and operations planning, which he now applies to streamline processes and elevate the customer experience. He takes pride in supporting a highly skilled team and delivering exceptional results to clients across the West.

Phil is an avid mountain biker and passionate Boise State Broncos fan. He and his wife have two adult sons and an English Cream Golden Retriever named Baylor.

Originally from Grand Rapids, Minnesota, Tim Hidde has called the Pacific Northwest home for more than 35 years. A proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran and licensed paramedic, Tim brings over four decades of cabinetry experience to North, including nearly 30 years as Lead Designer and Sales Manager for a prominent custom cabinet company in Tualatin, Oregon.

After relocating to Bend in 2021 and joining North, Tim has served in roles spanning sales, design, and business operations, bringing both seasoned expertise and a passion for working with skilled builders and designers.

Tim and his wife of 29 years have three sons, six grandchildren, and two beloved dogs, Oliver and Lucy. Outside of work, you’ll find him fishing, hiking, mountain biking, snowshoeing, or snowmobiling.
